01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ttb1, an online entertainment platform operating in Malaysia. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ttb1 ("Platform", "We", "Company").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ttb1 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other medium — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document and all related documents referenced herein.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the TTB1 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

02 User Eligibility & Account Registration

To use TTB1's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gambling services.
• Not currently experiencing problem gambling or having applied for self-exclusion from any gambling platform.
• Registering using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Ttb1 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

During the registration process, you are required to complete the registration form with accurate and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. This information will be used to verify your identity during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process when required.

03 User Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at TTB1 at all times. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login information confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account, including family members or friends.
• Notifying ttb1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

TTB1 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

TTB1 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users, including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other local payment methods listed on the platform.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ttb1 account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
• TTB1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your ttb1 account.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain withdrawal limits.
• Ttb1 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.

05 Bonus, Promotions & Loyalty Program

TTB1 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Ttb1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins.

VIP & Loyalty Program:

Active ttb1 members are automatically eligible to join our loyalty program. Loyalty points are accumulated based on wagering activity and can be redeemed for game credits, cash rewards, or exclusive VIP benefits. ttb1 reserves the right to modify the loyalty program structure at any time with reasonable notice to members.

06 Rules & Game Fairness

Ttb1 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games on our platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by recognized independent gaming audit bodies.

• The outcome of all games is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ttb1.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game and casino game is set by the game provider and is available for review.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ttb1 will use server records to determine the valid game outcome.
• Any game result displayed on the user's screen but not confirmed by the ttb1 server is considered invalid.
• Ttb1 reserves the right to void any bets or wins arising from technical errors, software bugs, or obvious mistakes.

Players suspected of using automation software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage will be blocked and their accounts closed immediately.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

Ttb1 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Opening or using more than one account on the ttb1 platform.
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the ttb1 platform.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation to play on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Conducting any cyberattack, hacking attempt, or disruption against ttb1's infrastructure.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ttb1 to other users.
• Transferring account balances to other users without official ttb1 approval.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Ttb1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected occurrence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ttb1 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days after all pending transactions are settled.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, ttb1 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins held in the account without any compensation.

• TTB1 is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• TTB1 is not responsible for any wagering losses incurred by users while using the platform.
• TTB1 is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions, technical issues with user devices, or factors beyond our control.
• Ttb1's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Ttb1 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

We will endeavor to notify users of material amendments via in-platform notices or email to the registered address. However, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.
